1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Community Based School (CBS) Talhar website ([cbs.technofreaks.online](https://cbs.technofreaks.online)), submitting an online admission application, or logging into any school ERP portal, students, parents, guardians, and visitors agree to abide by these Terms and the school's disciplinary code.

2. Admissions & Enrollment

• Submitting an online admission inquiry or application does not guarantee automatic admission. Final admission is subject to seat availability, document verification, and diagnostic entrance assessment.
• Parents must submit accurate, authentic records (birth certificate, B-Form, previous school leaving certificate/NOC, and guardian CNIC). Falsification of documents leads to immediate cancellation of admission.
• Academic stream allocations (Science / General Matriculation) are subject to BISE Hyderabad board prerequisites and departmental review.

3. Portal Usage & Account Responsibility

• Authorized accounts are provided to enrolled students, registered parents, teachers, and school personnel.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity conducted under an account is the responsibility of the account holder.
• Unauthorized access attempts, scraping, credential sharing, or interference with portal operations is strictly prohibited and subject to account termination and legal action under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA).

School fees are due on a monthly or term basis as designated by the finance office. Receipts are issued digitally and via official bank deposit slips. Non-payment of tuition fees within stipulated due dates may result in late surcharges or suspension of portal examination access as established by the administration.

5. Campus Disciplinary Rules & Attendance

Students must adhere to standard school uniform regulations, attend classes punctually, and maintain at least 75% attendance to qualify for annual and BISE board examinations. Respectful conduct towards faculty, fellow students, and school property is mandatory.

6. Intellectual Property

All curricular content, logos, school emblems, visual photography, examination papers, and digital portal software are the intellectual property of Community Based School Talhar and its authorized development partners. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and the Province of Sindh. Any formal dispute arising out of school operations or portal usage shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in District Badin, Sindh.
